GMT can use your personal data when you make use of the website or services of GMT and/or if you leave your contact details on our website when submitting our contact form. GMT can process the following data:

Why GMT needs data

GMT processes your personal data to contact you by phone, if you request so and/or to contact you in writing, by mail or postal service, in case we cannot reach you by phone.

How long does GMT store data

GMT stores your personal data no longer than needed to realize the goals, your data is gathered for.  Your data is not stored longer than a year if no business agreement can be reached.

Share with others

GMT will only provide your personal data to thirds in case this is needed for the execution of a business agreement with you, or to comply with a legal request.

Map out the use of our website

In the log of our server your IP-adress, the kind of device and the page that you visit is stored. This data is used if we need to investigate a hack attempt, errors on the website or if explicitly asked for by authorities. The log will be removed from the server after thirty days and the back-up is removed after ninety days. After ninety days your visit is no longer traceable via the log.

The On our GMT website general visitor data is kept, among which the IP-address of your computer and the time of request that your browser sends along. This data is used for website analytics. GMT uses this information to improve the use of the website. This data is anonymized and will not be shared with thirds.
