Vacuum Form Fixation System
Although we can supply various products for different applications, they are all based on the same basic system: the Vacuum Form Fixation system (V.F.F. system).
In this system, a shape or posture is fixed using a vacuum. In the past, a negative was produced using plaster, and this negative subsequently formed the basis for, for example, a seat or back orthosis. Nowadays, many customers use the latest 3D scanning techniques to digitalize a shape.

V.F.F. Chair
The V.F.F. Chair is the key component of the Vacuum Form Fixation system. An orthopedist can reposition the filling as desired, creating stable, personalized support. Together with the electrical pump and valve block, the chair forms the basis for measuring seat and back orthoses. Thanks to the air supply system, this fitting chair can be reused hundreds of times. Suitable for both traditional methods and modern 3D scanning techniques. Available in two sizes: the large V.V.F. fitting chair is suitable for adults, the small one for children.

V.F.F. Mattress
The V.F.F. Mattress is based on the Vacuum Form Fixation system and ensures stable fixation of the body in the desired position. The vacuum creates precise and reproducible support. The mattress can be manufactured in any desired size, making it suitable for positioning, measurements, and fitting orthoses, and can be used in combination with traditional methods and 3D scanning techniques.
Accessories
Electrical pump and Valveblock
To complement the V.F.F. system you need an electrical pump and a valveblock. These regulate the inflow and outflow of air to the V.F.F.-product. These are also available separately.
