Hoewel we diverse producten voor verschillende toepassingen kunnen leveren, waaronder maatwerk, zijn deze allemaal gebaseerd op hetzelfde basis systeem, het Vacuüm Vorm Fixatie systeem (VVF systeem).
In dit systeem wordt door middel van vacuüm een vorm of houding vastgelegd. Tot voor kort werd, over het algemeen middels gips, een negatief geproduceerd en dit negatief vormde vervolgens de basis voor bijvoorbeeld een zit- of rugorthese.
Echter is ons systeem ook bijzonder geschikt om middels de laatste 3D-scantechnieken een vorm te digitaliseren.

Bij radiotherapie is het zeer belangrijk dat een patiënt een vaste houding aanhoudt.
Zeer geschikt voor onderzoeken waarbij het van belang is dat een patiënt gefixeerd blijft. Denk ook aan bijvoorbeeld fixatie van het hoofd voor tandheelkunde.
Een nieuwe ontwikkeling is de vormfixatie van een voetafdruk, als basis voor bijvoorbeeld een steunzool op maat.
During 1999 we have as a project tested the vacuum mattress made from latex rubber to position patients during spinal surgery. We have used it when performing anterior procedures positioning the patient on one side, then evacuating the mattress and the patient has got a stable position. The surface of the mattress is soft enough preventing any signs of external pressure on the skin... The mattress also provides a good stability, just an extra support in the buttock and shoulder area is necessary. I would like to recommend this mattress for use as a support when performing anterior spinal surgery.

Our engineer adds following comments: In principle all operations are done with the patient laying on the side on the mattress. During this test period, no patient has got pressure sores, some transient blush can occus during very long operations. The mattress has heat isolation and the patient will not be cooled down to the same extent. X-ray is easily performed during operation. The mattress is occasionally used to a great satisfaction. Cannot be used to patient allergic to latax.
